I’ve used examples of leadership in past messages from the famous Hall of Fame UCLA basketball coach, John Wooden. One of my favorite stories is what he use to tell his players before they went into a game. He would tell them that if they could look into a mirror at the end of the game and honestly say, “I gave my best effort”, that was all that he could expect of them.

Job Satisfaction and Employee Turnover
