    How has your ability to motivate others improved as a result of this program? “My confidence is high and my self image has improved, so I am projecting my positive expectancy and I am better able to lead. People just seem to be motivated now from my leadership actions.”

    What is the most significant behavior change you have made as a result of participating in the Effective Personal Productivity program? “My most significant change is my awareness and focus of High Pay-off Activities. I now prioritize my days based on those activities and have begun making progress on projects that have high $$$return for my organization.”

Issues are addressed and action is taken immediately. Processes have been reviewed and made more efficient. My team has pulled together and is more cohesive.”

    What are the top two Goals you have accomplished as a result of participating in Effective Personal Productivity? “I have successfully delegated the GM duties of one of my businesses and I have successfully planned the opening of a second location for another of my businesses.”

    What percentage increase of time are you spending on High Pay-off Activities as a result of participating in the Effective Personal Productivity program? “100%” How has your organization benefited? “I have at least doubled the amount of time I am focused on high pay-off activities. I am limited interruptions to the point that I am able to complete work at work that I used to only attempt late at night or on weekends.”

    How has your ability to communicate improved as a result of participating in this program? “I have Positive Expectancy, I am Goal-Directed, and I focus on High Pay-off Activities; this gives my communication meaning and purpose as it has never had before!”

    How has your relationship with your team improved as a result of participating in the Effective Personal Productivity program? “My relationships are improving because of my positive expectancy of achieving our goals even in tough times. Everyone is pulling in the same direction, for sales and toward profits.”

My behavior of executing my action steps will lead to the results I want.”

    How has your ability to prioritize improved as a result of participating in Effective Personal Productivity? “By keeping focus on the goals and having a monthly plan, weekly steps, and daily ‘HPA’s’ I am not letting the day to day overwhelm the imperative. I am dreaming, planning, and scheduling achievement.”

    What aspect of the process has been the greatest value to you? “Daily focus on High Pay-off Activities, techniques to limit interruptions, tools to analyze my work, and then the tools to effectively delegate.”

    What is the most significant behavior change you have made as a result of participating in the Effective Personal Productivity program? “Through effective Delegation, I am allowing others to grow and I in turn have more time for my High Pay-off Activities.”

    How has your ability to communicate improved as a result of participating in this program? “I am able to train better and make more functional employees. I am communicating my thoughts and beliefs, but also am hearing their ideas.”

    Please list some examples of how you have changed your attitude to increase your effectiveness while participating in the process? “I am handling stressful situations much better and with better communication.”

    How has your ability to prioritize improved as a result of participating in Effective Personal Productivity? “I am getting more important tasks done, and faster and easier than before. Through delegation I have already freed up about 8 hours a week for my more important work.”

    What aspect of the process has been the greatest value to you? “Being aware of the choices I make all through the day to day. Allowing myself time for planning. Changing my focus toward my High Pay-off Activities and understanding the benefits of focus on ‘HPA’s.”
