How to Improve YOUR Business Performance
Speed to Market Strategy
Continued from yesterday…
To rapidly build business momentum, it’s vital that you function at your highest levels all the time. Your business can only be as healthy and vital as you, yourself, are.
#2 – Go with your strengths. We all have strengths; these are capabilities or traits that we’re naturally good at. As an entrepreneur, you must focus on your strengths, and go forward with those. You should plan to, as soon as possible, to hire for the things you’re not good at. That’s why, for instance, I have a technical team in my business. I am not that interested in learning how and why my blog works – I just want to use it. Similarly, you will have areas in your business that are better outsourced or handled by employees. Emphasize your strengths and hire out the rest.
