Marketing Automation for Massive Momentum
So what is your number one job in Business? Leads! Right?!
Most Businesses market their products because they want business and they want sales NOW. But in doing so, they focus their message only on a Prospect who is at the end of the buying process and totally fail to engage with anyone who is at an earlier stage in their buying process.
If you Market this way, you waste the majority of your investment. You may generate some sales, but you leave a wake of other prospects that could easily be developed into buyers with good follow-up systems if you first captured them as Leads. Marketing only to immediate buyers may be getting you $5 in value for every $100 spent.
Of course if you alter your messages to appeal to Prospects at various stages in your cycle, you’re going to need systems to handle this traffic effectively. Frustration and poor service can result from a large influx of Prospects with no systems to sort them, track them, and follow-up with them. You must be prepared to manage this change.
Your business needs some information resources to offer which can help a Prospect make progress with their problems with no threat of sales pressure. A good offer for quality information with no sales pressure can generally generate three to ten times the number of Leads for your company. Prospects will trade their contact information for your helpful information and you can keep in contact with them using automated systems which regularly build your expert positioning status, display your problem solving capabilities and offer them offers which can push them over the edge to buying when the time is right for them to buy with you as the obvious choice.
Not that’s a good idea!
