As many of you know, I spend the majority of my time as a one-on-one mentor to management. Sometime mentoring can take place in small groups, but one-on-one is the most effective.
It’s easy to second-guess yourself when managing people. And it’s even easier to operate in a vacuum without feedback from a trusted advisor.
