Enthusiasm is by far the quality that gets people paid higher than any other quality on earth, likely because it is oddly both one of the rarest and yet more contagious qualities. If you are presenting with enthusiasm, your listeners are very likely to become enthusiastic as well, even if you might present your ideas a bit poorly.
