In our last message, I referred to the book “The Right Leader – Selecting Executives Who Fit” by Nat Stoddard and Claire Wyckoff. There are many concepts in the book that I find very appealing. But most of all, I see the opportunity to make an organization’s search and selection process for senior executives to be even more cost effective.
