I don’t recall giving nor attending training on excuse making either, but somehow everyone sure does get good at it!

I have come to learn to monitor my conversations for benchmarks of growth and change. Am I engaged in New conversations? Or am I having the same conversations with the same people as I was having weeks, months, or even years ago?
