Most of you tracked with me yesterday in discussion of the Leader with No Vision traversing a Disney Theme Park, I suspect it’s uncommon for most Leaders to feel the way I felt so clearly those days in everyday life because we’re just too darned busy doing what we do on any given day to notice that we’re adrift with no clear Vision of the Goals to be achieved.
