As a manager and a leader, how much confidence do you have in yourself? Or another way to put my question may be, “How brave are you?”

At the end of each year, most managers and some leaders are involved with employee performance appraisals. When you consider that the number one reason worldwide that talented employees leave their companies is due to poor management, I wonder why employees are not also allowed to evaluate their managers.
